Can I purchase products in half packs?

Great consideration is put into devising the pack size of a particular product and these are final.

I'm unable to find a product?

A

If you are unable to find a product on the online catalogue it will be because either the line has been discontinued or it is temporarily out of stock. As soon as the product is back in stock it will be repopulated on the online catalogue.

What´s the minimum order?

There is no minimum order value.

  • UK: Free delivery on orders over £95 (£5 Carriage Charge if below).
  • Southern Ireland (Euro): Free Delivery on orders over €200 (€15.00 Carriage Charge if below).
  • Southern Ireland (Sterling): Free delivery on orders over £180 (£10 carriage charge if below).

Pharmaceutical Packaging Online Orders

  • UK: Free delivery on orders over £50 (£5 carriage charge if below).
  • Southern Ireland (Euro): Free delivery on orders over €65 (€15 carriage charge if below).

How do I cancel or amend my order?

If you wish to cancel or amend your order you will need to contact the Customer Service Team as soon as possible on 02380 460 600 (9am - 5pm Monday to Friday).

What´s the situation regarding delivery?

A

All deliveries are sent via The DX Group and delivered from Monday to Friday between 9am - 5pm. The standard delivery time for UK mainland is 1-2 working days, outside UK mainland will be 3-5 working days (excluding public holidays) upon receipt of order. If you have still not received your order after this time please contact the Customer Service Team on 02380 460 600 (9am - 5pm Monday to Friday).

I am missing some items from my order?

If you are missing any items you will need to contact the Customer Service Team on 02380 460 600 (9am - 5pm Monday to Friday).

The goods delivered are damaged or faulty?

A

Please examine the goods on delivery in case they are damaged or faulty. If you inform us within 7 days of delivery we will refund return postage and replacement at our expense. If you do not inform us within 7 days we shall have no liability for goods said to be damaged on delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights.
