How to Use
Gently brush your tongue using the white ridged side of the cleaner to loosen film and bacteria from your tongue.
Flip the cleaner and gently scrape off the loosened residue.
Rinse the cleaner and repeat as necessary.
Wash tongue cleaner thoroughly after each use.
