Laselle Weighted Exercisers are kegel balls made with completely body-safe materials, designed to make pelvic floor exercises easier and more effective. The 38g weights are ideal for beginners or women with a weaker pelvic floor.
By giving you an object to contract around, this exerciser helps ensure you use the correct Kegel technique (lifting upwards and squeezing).
The additional weight of the exerciser adds more resistance to your routine. Strong pelvic floor muscles deliver amazing benefits, such as maintaining and improving tightness and better bladder control.

How to Use
Insert
Keeping the retraction cord outside the body, insert the Kegel ball(s) into the vagina with a firm but gentle push, using some water-based lubricant for added comfort.
Placement
The exerciser(s) should be positioned about 2 cm / 1 in. inside the vagina. By that, you’ll know they’re in the right place. The only thing left to do is - squeeze!
