How to Use
HEATING
Place your Heat Pack in a turnable domestic microwave
(Max 1000 Watts) for no more than 1 min 30 secs; adjust heating times accordingly to the power of your microwave oven. Can be used as often as required provided it is allowed to cool fully before re-heating. Rub briskly between your hands to evenly distribute the heat before use.
COOLING AID
Can be used as a cold compress for bruising and swelling. Place in a sealed plastic bag and freeze for at least two and a half hours.
