2. Prepare for use:
- Sterilise the nipple shield before first use.
- Wash your hands well.
- Clean your breast with a damp cloth.
3. Apply the shield:
- Slightly moisten the shield with water or breast milk to help it grip better.
- Pull the cone’s contact surfaces toward the tip to position it easily on your nipple.
- Place the shield in the middle of your nipple.
- Release the contact surfaces and adjust the shield to the best breastfeeding position.
